Questions people ask before booking

Is this actually free (complimentary), or is there a catch?

It's actually complimentary (free). The catch, if you want to call it that, is that I will only book calls with people who fill in the prep form. If you're a fit for one of my paid offers, I'll tell you. If you're not, I'll tell you that too and point you elsewhere. No bait, you're not a worm 🪱

What happens if you decide we're not a good fit?

I'll tell you, kindly and clearly, before or during the call. If I can refer you to someone better suited, I will. If your next step is something you can handle yourself for free, I'll tell you that and explain how. The whole point of this call is to get you a real answer, not to sell you something that doesn't fit. Your brand deserves better 🏆

Do I need to know what I want before I book?

Nope. Readiness is one of the things we figure out on the call. You just need to be willing to have an honest 13-minute chat about what's going on. The prep form does most of the heavy lifting on direction so we walk in with a shared starting point. Just be ready to chat 🗣️

Why only 13 minutes?

Because it's enough time to assess what's going on and not enough time to waste. Most discovery calls run 45 to 60 minutes, which is generous if you want to chat and excessive if you want a clear answer. Thirteen minutes respects your time and forces both of us to focus on what actually matters. In and out with a plan 🗺️

How is this different from a regular coaching session or a sales call?

It is not a strategy session, a content audit, a marketing plan, or a free mask on a sales pitch. It's a focused fit check designed to give you clarity without pressure. I do not have a script and I will not pitch you halfway through. I'll only give you the next step options that will matter to you 👣

What if I want to work together longer term after the call?

If I think we're a fit, I'll send you a recommended offer with pricing and a direct booking link in the recap email. Options range from a Spark Session through to a quarter inside The Finishing Room. You decide what makes sense for you, with zero pressure 😁
