Seen Not Sorry is my year-long challenge to go live every day, answering your questions about personal branding and video marketing on YouTube and LinkedIn. It's for people who are done waiting to be camera ready, and you're welcome to follow along and build your own daily habit next to mine.

Why I'm even doing this

I coach people on video confidence for a living, so you'd think going live daily would be no bother for me. The camera part, sure. That I can do. The hard bit is doing it again tomorrow, and the day after, once the shine has worn off and nobody's clapping.

Consistency is the thing almost nobody manages long term. I watch brilliant people sit on a goldmine, their own personal brand, and never dig, because showing up once is easy and showing up for a year feels impossible.

So I'm going to prove it can be done. For you, and honestly, for myself. My word for the year is courage, and this is courage in its least dramatic form. Small brave moves, repeated, until they stop feeling brave and start feeling normal.

How it works

I'm keeping the barrier to entry on the floor, on purpose. Free software and the gear I already own. No studio, no fancy production. This is a proof of concept, so if I can do it with the bare minimum, so can you.

Some days you'll get a proper conversation with real depth. Other days you'll get thirty seconds of me answering one question before I get on with my life. Both count. Miss a day and you're still human, still in. The pattern is what matters here.

Who this is for

You've built something you're proud of, and you know being visible would help, but staying consistent has always been the wall you hit. Maybe you've started before and stopped. Maybe you're mid-pivot and your old content doesn't fit the new you. You've likely tried the courses and the coaching already. What you haven't had is proof that a normal person can set a goal this big and see it right through to the end.

You're also done waiting to be camera ready. That polished, well-lit, perfectly-scripted version of yourself you keep waiting for? She's not coming, and you don't need her to start.
